- Preheat the oven to 300 and grease 2 mini muffin pans.
- Mix together all ingredients easily with a whisk.
- Using a ladle, scoop into the mini muffin pan and bake for 10-15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- These store well at room temperature or in the fridge for a few days. Make sure you keep them in an airtight container.

Directions Boil the noodles and do not over cook. Chop the rest while noodles are cooking. Once the noodles are done, strain and rinse with cold water until cooled. Add all the ingredients together and chill for 1 hour before serving. Dish out into portions for the week.

SAUTE: 5 medium cloves garlic chopped 1 onion chopped 6 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons pink salt 2 tablespoons of parsley 1 tablespoons pepper 1 tablespoon fresh thyme Saute all of the above on the stove top on medium heat until the onions are browned. Keep stirring and then gather the seasoning to the middle. ADD MEAT: 3 Pound chuck roast on top of the seasoning Brown the meat on one side. Gather seasoning in the middle of the pan and flip the meat to brown the other side. Put meat aside on a plate. Add 1 cup of water and turn up heat to high. With a wire whisk, scrape all the seasoning off the bottom of the pan. Add the meat back in and cook on high for 2 minutes on each side. PREPARE TO BAKE: Put the meat in your covered baking dish. Put all of the seasoning water from the pan into the baking dish. Fill with water until it just covers the roast. Cover and put in the over. Cook for 3 hours and check water level. Add more water if it is getting low. 4 HOURS IN: Add in these ingredients and be sure that water covers them mostly. 1 onion, quartered 6 ounces mushrooms 4-6 servings of carrots 4-6 servings of potatoes
