Ingredients 1/2 Cup pitted dates 1 Cup of dried apples 1/2 Cup of oats 1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 Cup of sliced almonds Water as needed 1 Package of vanilla Shakeology (Optional) Directions Put the dates in the food processor with 1 tablespoon of water and blend for a few minutes and then add the rest in and blend until it turns into a paste. It will take a little bit of time depending on how great your food processor is. You may also have to add a little bit more water if it stays clumpy for awhile. Don’t add much water as you don’t want it runny. Roll into balls and refrigerate.Directions |
